As a Birth Doula I provide emotional, physical and informational support to birthing couples and families.
What does that mean!?!
It means you get my hands and heart during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. We can talk through any worries or concerns, practice comfort measures, and prepare for the life to come. I will be with you during labor: supporting, nurturing and maintaining your safe space. Packages may include Childbirth Class, CPR and Choking Education, or Postpartum hours.
Pricing ranges $925-$1400, depending on package chosen.
With my Postpartum Doula services, you get my nurturing in the comfort of your own home! Listening, serving and helping you get sleep are only a few ways I help you.
Pricing ranges $28-35 per hour
Knowledge is power! The more you know about birth, the more confident you are in the midst of it.
I am certified through Birth Boot Camp and teach a range of courses that will fit your needs from a full comprehensive course to focused workshops on comfort measures, food and fitness, and even sibling classes!
